Technology for producing impregnated wood

The timber is loaded into a special airtight chamber (autoclave).
A vacuum is created in the chamber, drawing moisture out of the wood cells.
The chamber is filled with the impregnating compound, and the pressure is increased.
The preservative compound deeply penetrates the timber under pressure.

*A safe compound is used, which is harmless to humans, animals, and the environment. During use, the pressure-treated wood does not emit toxins or other harmful substances into the atmosphere.

We apply this to

lumber
molded product
sill plate
truss system elements (rafters, rafter extensions, purlins, etc.); fire retardant treatment (fire protection) is also available

Pressure-treated wood acquires a green tint. Under the external influence of sunlight, the green color slowly fades to a warm honey-brown color and, after a long period of time, becomes a natural silver-gray. If necessary, at any stage, the pressure-treated wood can be coated with specialized oils (wood preservatives for outdoor use, etc.) and stains (quick-drying, moisture-resistant, water-repellent, wax-infused, etc.).
